Oh, joy.

It's springtime, which apparently means it's time to get up on top of your house and play the guitar and sing in our neighborhood. At least three nights in the past week we have had issues with these neighbors, playing loud music, having parties, etc. It's not a new thing, but it ramps back up again when the weather gets warmer. We were all in the backyard playing when it started this evening - the kids couldn't stop looking at them, no matter how much I discouraged any attention from us. Our dad offered to get the BB gun out, but we resisted that temptation. It doesn't really make a difference if we call the police when they're being loud in the middle of the night - if they come out and it may stop, but it doesn't deter them the next time. I guess they're not underage . . . not that it would matter much. I'm tempted to find out who REALLY owns the house (somebody's mom and dad), get their phone number, and call THEM instead of the police the next time we have a problem.
Idiots.
