Monkeys in Trees

During Spring Break, we spent a couple of days relaxing at Nana's house, and the kids had a great time climbing trees one afternoon. Of course, getting up there was a lot easier than getting back down. Some were more brave than others, but it was nice to have some good weather for a couple of days, since it rained almost the whole week. Ryan and Logan are on top, on the bottom, Catherine is on the left, Meredith on the right.

Pullin' Teeth

Catherine pulled her first tooth a couple of weeks ago, and she had the help of our resident expert, Ryan the Tooth Puller. He's pretty good at getting those teeth out, and the crazy thing is . . . he LIKES it. Anyway, you can see the results of the pulling. Think it needed to come out? Note the rather large tooth that had come in behind it. Meredith pulled her first tooth at school about a week later. Well, "pulled" might not be an accurate description of what happened. Let's just say there was a very chewy brownie involved, and the tooth is now somewhere we'd rather not look for it. Oh, well, the Tooth Fairy came anyway. How does she always know???

First Steps

Okay, okay. Nana says I need to do this, so I'll give it a try. Nursing school takes quite a bit of my time, so forgive me if posts are few and far between at times. I'll try to post things now and then though. I'm also thinking we can use this forum for last minute announcements for our soccer teams, so if you see something about soccer, just disregard if it doesn't apply to you. Here goes!
